Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may (or may not) vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.
My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet?
PurseFind will not be responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address. Please double check that you've typed in your correct address!
You will receive three e-mails when you purchase from PurseFind:
- Your receipt upon purchasing.
- Confirmation that your item has been shipped with a tracking number.
- Confirmation that your item has arrived!
At PurseFind we also receive confirmation of your package arrival through the USPS. Once we have obtained that notice, PurseFind will not be responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS for any other issues.
PurseFind will not be responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address. Please double check that you've typed in your correct address!
You will receive three notifications when selecting delivery:
- When your purchase is being prepared for delivery.
- When it has been delivered.
Upon delivery, PurseFind will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages. We will always drop off your package at your front door and send you confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Currently there are no refunds available. Exchanges are available only for manufacturer's defect. The customer has 7 days after delivery to report any defects.
The item must be in like new condition to qualify for exchange. The item can be exchanged for the same item or one of the same price if item is no longer available. Customer will receive their replacement after defected item is returned.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIMENSIONS LISTED FOR EACH ITEM.
Items may be smaller or larger once in your hands than they appear on the computer screen and pictures. This is why dimensions and details are provided for all of our items. There are no refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the size, shape, length, etc of any item.
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAM ALL JEWELRY DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON.
Jewelry arrives to us pre-packaged and is inspected for quality with masks and gloves on.
On sale items do not qualify for any refunds or exchanges.
